Candidate 61 brings over twenty years of childcare experience across private households, nurseries, and educational settings. She began her career working as an au pair, nanny, and babysitter for multiple families in London, gaining experience with children ranging from 5 months to 15 years old. Alongside this, she worked as an English and Polish language teacher, delivering structured lessons and adapting her teaching to suit varying abilities. Her early years in childcare were complemented by a strong academic foundation, including a Master of Arts in Pedagogy with a focus on early years teaching and English, as well as postgraduate studies in special education.
She progressed into nursery settings, where she worked her way up from childminder assistant to deputy manager and ultimately nursery manager. In these roles, she was responsible not only for the care and development of children aged 12 months to 5 years, but also for leading teams, managing safeguarding and health and safety standards, coordinating staff, and acting as a SEN coordinator. More recently, she has returned to private nannying in a full-time role for a UHNW family, caring for children from newborn stage through to 4.5 years old. Her responsibilities have included full nursery duties, supporting developmental milestones such as weaning and potty training, organising activities and playdates, preparing meals, assisting with school readiness, and travelling occasionally with the family.
