10+ years experience

Candidate 40 brings over 10 years of professional childcare experience, having started her career at the age of 16. She has cared for children from as young as 3 months through to pre-teen years, working extensively in both the UK and internationally. Her experience includes long-term and temporary roles with ultra-high-net-worth families, where she has often held sole charge responsibility and been trusted with full nursery duties.

She has strong experience caring for babies and toddlers, including weaning, bottle feeding, sterilisation routines, establishing nap schedules, and creating stimulating, age-appropriate activities to support early development. Alongside this, she has supported older children with school routines, homework, tutoring at KS1 and KS2 level, and educational development, including monitoring progress and reinforcing learning through play.

Throughout her career, her roles have frequently expanded beyond nannying to include PA, household management, housekeeping, and pet care duties. She is experienced in managing household organisation, coordinating travel, liaising with staff, overseeing schedules, and supporting smooth day-to-day household operations. She has worked confidently alongside other nannies and household staff and is accustomed to high levels of responsibility, discretion, and adaptability.

Candidate 40 also has SEN experience, having worked with children with autism and ADHD, and is confident supporting individual needs within a family setting.
